Its 15 compact rooms are on the arrivals level of International Terminal 1, landside, one floor below check-in, and they are sold by the hour as well as for the night, with a shower in every room and the Plaza Premium arrivals lounge next door. Guest Rooms
The 15 rooms come in two sizes: the Solo Plus Room, 7 to 11 square metres with a single bed for one traveller, and the Double Plus Room, 9 to 11 square metres with a double bed for a couple. Both have an ensuite bathroom with a strong shower and toiletries, a TV, free Wi-Fi fast enough for a video call, an iron and board, bottled water and blackout darkness, since none of the rooms has a window onto the terminal. A wake-up call is part of the service and is worth setting even with a phone alarm; the hotel’s whole purpose is getting you upstairs on time. There are no family rooms, and the Double Plus takes two adults at most.
Breakfast and Dining
The hotel shares its entrance with the Plaza Premium Lounge Arrivals, and that is where the food is. Guests can take a freshly ground coffee from the lounge counter, order the pasta or curry of the day, or pick sandwiches and salads from the light-meal menu; beer, wine and soft drinks are served. An English buffet breakfast is served from 6 am to noon, lunch and dinner dishes from noon to 6 pm, and self-serve tea and coffee are free around the clock. This is a transit hotel, so the list is short and aimed at the next flight: a 24-hour reception, wake-up calls, luggage kept at the desk for the length of your stay, showers for lounge users who are not staying, and the lounge’s seating, Wi-Fi and flight screens. There is no gym, pool or parking of its own; the T1 car parks are across the forecourt. Pets are not allowed and the rooms are non-smoking.
